1) I think the most basic perspective is the one where you are in a situation where you are uncomfortable nervous you tend to get a little gut feeling and there is a sense in your body of unease. I think this one is a really good one because it has to do with comfort level of people. Anytime we expose ourselves to an unknown we tend to get a little feeling that we don’t like because it is something we are not used to, for instance if it’s your first time at the gym ever you feel like your doing work outs wrong, you feel like everyone is watching you, and you feel a sense of not belonging. Anybody can tend to feel these type of emotions so this example makes a lot of sense to me for sure.
